For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy: “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to ALGOFOX. “CODES”, “SUBSCRIPTION”, refers to the items offered for sale. “Orders” means a request by you to purchase CODES or SUBSCRIPTION from us. “Website” refers to algofox.in trade.algofox.in, store.algofox.in, courses.algofox.in “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 MINUTES without giving any reason for doing so.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the email from your end to Refund your paid amount. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

Since the strategies purchased here are delivered with Source code, there is no scope of return to seek refunds.

Codes once sent to you will not be accepted back in any circumstances and there is no scope of refunds.

Only if the code delivered to you misbehaves and doesn't work as described while purchase we will consider to accept your refund request, and in that case as well we will refund you without even taking back the code given and shall also send you the working updated code complimentary from our end.

Returning Codes/strategies

Codes are given with source and can be copied and sold, and hence we niether accept return of codes or any strategies purchased by us nor do we refund the paid amount in any circumstances.
